Islands by Ashley and Kelsey

Islands are made by volcanoes. They are made by volcanoes under water.
They can be around 600 feet below surface.
A famous Island is Ellis Island in New York. It is visited by over 5,000 people a year. It is where immigrants came by and they saw the Statue of Liberty and they had more hope.
Angel Island is the largest island in San Francisco Bay.
The first sign of islands was about 600 million years ago.
